What is LifeStyling?

LifeStylng is all about defining, designing, and managing your life before your life defines, designs, and  manages you.  Simply put, style your life before your life styles you.  It involves consistently knowing what it is you wish to accomplish and being willing to do what is necessary in order to effectively acquire, maintain, and enjoy it all in the most efficient manner possible.  The carefully managed lifestyle allows the people, places, things, interests, and habits in your life to become an invigorating tool in assisting you in getting to where you want to be and truly relishing that which you’ve already obtained.

What Can Life Styling do for You?

We all have a lifestyle be it desirable or not so much.   Whether it be our comfort and convenience at home, the level of personal esteem we possess and confidence exuded to others, or our level of ease in social situations; our lifestyle dictates our experiences. There is no neutral, as our lifestyle will have a definitive impact on the experiences in our lives.  A well managed lifestyle puts you in the driver seat of your own life by allowing you to act proactively.  Most importantly, a well managed lifestyle will give you peace of mind.

The Basics of LifeStyling

What you Put in; What you Get Out

We all know and most likely grit our teeth on the old cliche, ” You are what you eat.”  yet, how true it is.  Nutrition is the beginning and end of us all.  If you want the glow of healthy skin, the fullness of nourished hair, the sculpted frame of your dreams, and the energy to do what you must start with what you’re putting in your mouth.

A.C.E. it!  This is all you need to remember when it comes to styling the skin by feeding it the following:

A :  Foods rich in vitamin A to combat the effects of aging.  Like…

  • Egg Yolks
  • Dairy Products
  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Sweet  Potatoes
  • Watercrest
  • Melons
  • Broccoli

C:  Foods rich in vitamin C to increase clarity.  Like…

  • Broccoli
  • Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Citrus Fruits
  • Berries
  • Leafy Greens

E:  Foods rich in vitamin E to protect against the environment and help heal and maintain.

  • Whole-Grains
  • Dairy
  • Fish
  • Beans
  • Nuts
  • Leafy Greens

So there you have it,  the first cornerstone of lifestyling, nutrition.  Of course there are other vitamins to be considered, such as B, D, and Biotin. That’s because by A.C.E.’ing it with the foods above you’re also taking care of these vitamins at the same time!  Don’t you just love multitasking?!  If you’re also down with delegating I am available to grant the perfectly custom lifestyle of your dreams with Sixth Sense Styling services by Life Enhancement by Genies.  Whether you’re seeking education and instruction, accountability through coaching, or products and experiences I’m here for you with a full-range of lifestyle management services including personal training  and wellness coaching,
